RETURN POLICY
CHANGE POLICY:
NYC Drivers, LLC requires that all changes must be received by phone, email, or through our website. If a change is requested within 4 hours prior to pick-up, it MUST be made by phone. We cannot guarantee changes requested by email that are for a trip within 4 hours of the request.
NO SHOW POLICY:
If a Client fails to show at the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged to the credit card on file.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS and GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
In Most Cases, A minimum of four (4) hours before the pick-up time is required to avoid a cancellation charge. There is a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notice required for Services performed outside the continental United States.
